The following is a brief summary of the investment guide by Robert Kiyosaki through his books, especially her guidebook to invest, and other media guide aims to help people to become investors to generate wealth and achieve freedom financial.

To begin, we say that Kiyosaki claims that there are two types of investments: assets that are created or purchased and then sell, and assets that are created or purchased for one will generate the cash flow:

  • Assets that are created or buying and then selling: they are assets that usually are purchased at discount prices, with the hope that it will eventually appreciate (increase value), and then resold at a price greater than the purchase price, and obtain a profit. Telemarketing is to make a phone call to a user to try to sell you a product, service or cause to be endorsing a cause.

This is the telemarketing to consumers. For businesses, of course, the concept is different. Telemarketing is a form of direct communication that allows the user to reach through a phone call explaining the benefits of a product or service, an offer or explain a particular case to gain followers.

Although it is a technique that continues to give great business results, the fact is that it is not without controversy. It is an intrusive method, which goes into the homes of people in their intimate moments in their lives, to offer a product or service.

It is also well-known insistence typical telephone commercials. It is not only a multitude of brands and companies attempt to connect with potential customers by phone, but each tries several times, to be really heavy and cumbersome for individuals.

Cold and hot lists Lists

One of the basics of telemarketing lists is the existence of cold and hot lists, which also leads to good or ill-considered telemarketing.
